Christina is a compassionate registered psychologist who has extensive counseling experience. Drawing on her expertise, she specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Christina provides an engaging and caring client-centered approach, and tailors her sessions to client needs and goals.
Christina specializes in comprehensive psychological assessments to support individuals with understanding their mental health functioning. She empathically supports individuals with psychological assessment and provides recommendations to support strengthening areas of difficulties across the following areas:
Cognitive abilities
Learning Disabilities (reading, writing, math)
Gifted and Talented
Neurodevelopmental Disorders (e.g., Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism)
Mental health challenges (e.g., anxiety, depression, mood disorders)
Christina works from a strengths-based perspective, focusing on identifying areas of strength, and providing support to help children and adolescents foster resilience to overcome difficulties.
“Resilience is the ability to adapt when faced with stress and challenges. The unique strengths that individuals have can contribute greatly with helping build resiliency to adapt to life’s challenges. I am honoured to be a part of the mental health journeys of the clients I support daily. A strengths-based emphasis is central to my practice and underlies my assessment approach as I help you find the answers you are seeking while guiding your growth with coping skills and strategies to support you across areas of your life. Emphasizing the strengths and resiliency inherent in my clients guides my client-centered approach to therapy while I draw from multiple modalities to tailor supports to your individual needs. I am inspired by my clients and their journeys, and I welcome you to take the first step towards strengthening your mental well-being, together.”
In addition to her therapeutic work, Christina offers parenting support, providing guidance on effective behavioural strategies to promote positive growth and develop a strong parent-child relational dynamic. Christina has an eclectic approach to helping her clients thrive and brings a wealth of knowledge to her work. She is a registered psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists as well as the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists.
Outside of supporting her clients through practicing clinical psychology, Christina loves spending time sharing in family moments with her young daughter, husband, and two dogs. She also loves finding herself lost in the story of her latest read, practicing yoga, exploring local coffee shops, and spending time in nature.

Alicia is a compassionate and practiced registered psychologist with years of experience in assessing, diagnosing and providing recommendations for a variety of conditions including:
ADHD
Autism Spectrum Disorder
Learning Disabilities (reading, writing, math)
Gifted and Talented Individuals
Anxiety
Depression
Alicia feels that when learning challenges are present, an assessment is pivotal to creating a learning plan that is individualized, while nurturing strengths and supporting difficulties. Known for her caring and engaging approach, Alicia uses research-backed therapies to help individuals overcome stress, trauma, anxiety, and other challenges. When working with adults, Alicia finds that assessments can help to validate an individual’s experience and create a collaborative environment to plan for their future.
Alicia has carved out a niche in working with individuals who are considered gifted and talented;
“I’ve recognized over the years that children who are gifted have a unique set of needs beyond academic support. Some gifted children can struggle with anxiety at young ages given they have a greater capacity to learn, however, their emotional development has not caught up yet. They can also struggle to connect with some of their peer groups, and at times need direction on how to manage their intellect compared to others in the room. I support my clients through filling these gaps and understanding the complex needs of a gifted and talented individual through the lifespan.”
Alicia is passionate about her work and brings energy and enthusiasm to everything she does. A former competitive dancer, Alicia values staying physically fit as an integral part of maintaining her mental health. Outside of her practice, she enjoys snowboarding, staying fit, and exploring the local music scene. Whether traveling the world or spending time with her two beloved furry companions, Alicia’s vibrant personality shines through in both her professional and personal life.
